Location: Heathside Mews - WA5 2EY

Job Role:  Cook

Hours: Saturday and Sundays 8.15am - 5.15pm

Rate of Pay: £8.00 - £8.15  depending on qualifications

Experience Needed: Previous experience of working in a similar environment, another kitchen or have catering qualifications/ Will consider Catering students in their 2nd or 3rd year

WCL Cook / Kitchen Assistant brief:

As Cook you would be required to prepare and serve varied and nutritional meals according to our resident led menus, ensuring food safety standards and food hygiene are adhered to. At the same time you will be expected to treat the people we support with care and respect encouraging involvement and engagement. 

Service brief:

Heathside is a 36 bed residential home and Heathside Mews is a 25 bed residential home which sits behind Heathside they are based in Penketh. The team at Heathside provide a service for older people who need the support and safety of a shared living environment. The service has a reputation for being reliable and trustworthy. We support people with their day to day living needs, personal care and other areas which help people to live their life in a way that meets their needs wants a wished.

Heathside support older people and people with dementia we also provide support to older people who may have other additional support needs.
