This role will lead a team of colleagues to deliver a wide range of support, including where required, intimate, personal and nursing care, helping with medication and finances, supporting behaviour that can be challenging, developing independence and confidence, supporting positive relationships and mindful communication. You will need to hold an official Registered Nurse qualification and PIN Number as well as being confident in the use of IT
Lodge Lane House provides a home to twenty people who are experiencing longer term mental health issues that means they benefit from the additional support a registered nursing home can offer them on their route to recovery. It can also be used as a location for short breaks away from a permanent home elsewhere.
If you want to work for an organisation that puts the people we support first? Then Lodge Lane may be the place for you.
You will be working with great people alongside a brilliant team who will share your values in a genuine not for profit environment where the focus is on creating a home for individuals who happen to need nursing care.
This means you get to be a nurse not a finance and budget expert. We can talk about flexible working and shift patterns but the real focus is the job satisfaction that providing mental health nursing can bring.
A Nurse PIN number is required for this role.
