Salary: £12.30 rising to £13.30 depending on qualifications and/or experience 

Hours: full-time 37.5 Hours  

Job Summary  

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to assist the Service Manager with all aspects of the day to day running of the service. We are looking for someone who is prepared to help us achieve in delivering a service of an industry-leading standard. Our management team are there to promote a positive environment, which provides the People we Support with specialised personal care. How do we do this? Well, we create a bespoke care plan with every individual.

The Deputy Manager will help ensure that standards are delivered and maintained through effective and attentive management of colleagues - as well as going above and beyond to meet the agreed care, quality, safeguarding and financial targets. 

The Service

The Community Mental Health and Wellbeing service support people across Warrington to manage their mental health and wellbeing. We get to know the people we support and all packages of support are based on person-centred planning, which means they are tailored to the bespoke needs of the individual. The support workers get to know everyone they support as a person. Taking an interest in their tastes, talents, hobbies, experiences and ambitions the teamwork towards supporting them to reach their potential as part of their route to recovery and long term wellbeing.

Experience/qualifications needed: 

Health & Social Care qualification at Level 4 or above or 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Senior Supervisor and willing to commit to completing a qualification as part of your development.
