Job role: Senior Support Worker
Service: Heathside - WA5 2EY
Hours of work: 10 or 20 hours per week
10 hours per week - 7am - 12pm (2 days a week on a rotating 4 weekly rota)
20 hours per week - 6pm - 11pm (4 days a week on a rotating 4 weekly rota)
Salary: £10.70 per hour
Experience/qualifications Needed: 2 years’ experience as a Support Worker, medication competency desirable.
Heathside is a 37 bed residential home based in Penketh. The team at Heathside provide a service for older people and people with dementia who need the support and safety of a shared living environment.
The service supports residents with their day to day living needs, personal care and other areas which help people to live their life in a way that meets their needs, wants and wishes.
As a Senior Support Worker; you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the day to day running of the service are completed, and achieve industry leading standard. You will lead by example and support the wider team complete allocated tasks.

You will support the Residential Senior Supervisor with the administration of medication, completing supervisory observations and competency checks.
