We are looking for a personalised, dynamic, creative and flexible individual for an 11-hour permanent post working for our Community Network Outreach Service.
You will be working mostly on a 1:1 basis with people we support and also be willing to work with our Supported Living team as and when the need arises.
Our Supported Living and Outreach services support individuals within their local community to access interests/activities of their choice and to be active citizens.
The successful colleague would need access to a car, have a full UK driving licence and business insurance.
